The Fort Smith Police Department
is taking a very active role to protect the area’s streets. Fort Smith residential area’s are filled with joggers, bike riders, walkers, and children. Be courteous and slow down.
There have been reports of speeders and soon there after you will see the Ft. Smith Police Department patrolling the area. That’s great for the area and great for you. Recently, a parked car was hit by a speeding motorist, and the Fort Smith Resident is fed up.
Sometimes, we forget that it’s also our responsibility to help keep our neighborhoods safe. If you see it. Report it!!! We all play a very important role in keeping our neighborhoods, and community safe. So, remember to slow down and keep it safe or you might see some flashing lights behind you.
