National Closing Corp goes Green & Gives Back? Fort Smith Real Estate

News doesn’t take long to travel in the Fort Smith Real Estate Market! I had to take
the opportunity to give credit to a local title company that shocked me with some great news. National Closing Corp. in Greenwood is going green with their Closing Documents and Giving Back to community charities!
You know that HUGE stack of papers you have to sign at closing? Yes, you sign all of them and then you usually get something like a portable filing cabinet of your copies! Not with National Closing Corp. You can sign all your documents and your copy are either on Flash Drive or Disk for you!
Get this part! National Closing Corp. donates a portion of their closing fees to a non-profit community charity that the customer selects, and donates it in the customer’s name!!!

So You Stole My Identity? I’m Watching You. Fort Smith Real Estate

I want to warn you if you are in the Fort Smith Real Estate Market! My identity has been stolen! Yes, I was one of those Realtors that thought that could happen to me, but it did.
There it is. A beautiful sign if I say so myself.
Why would someone else want to steal my sign? Do they want to sell Fort Smith Real Estate like Ray Nellum? Do they want to take my “Sign Identity” and make it there own? I don’t get it.

Here’s what was left of my sign. They left me a post with some bolts!
Why someone would take the time to unscrew each sign and screw the bolts back in, makes me laugh!
It’s easier to pull the sign up and take the entire thing.
Warning Mr or Mrs Home Owner, if you find my sign in your yard WITHOUT signing a Listing Agreement with me. It wasn’t me!!!
My Identity was stolen, but I am looking for the culprit!

Fort Smith JuneTeenth, A Celebration of Freedom

Get out and enjoy the activities and entertainment at the Fort Smith JuneTeenth Celebration at Harry E. Kelley Park. The event are from June 9 to June 14, and right here in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
“Juneteenth” or the “19th of June” is considered the date when slavery ended in America (*although history teaches us otherwise). We strive to educate people of the significance that the African-American race has in the construction and diversity of our great nation, before, during and after the slavery era and the signing of the “Emancipation Proclamation” signed by President Abraham Lincoln in 1863. We celebrate the 4th of July and Cinco De Mayo and to help complete our freedom celebrations, we celebrate “America’s 2nd Independence Day”, Juneteenth, a celebration of Freedom and Unity!
Arkansas is the 16th state to recognize Juneteenth as a State Holiday or Observance thanks to the efforts of the JPCI, Senators Wilkins, Steele, Altes and Lincoln.

Southfield Heights in Fort Smith is a very nice subdivision in Southwest Fort Smith, Arkansas. The area is known for having had some of the best builders in the Fort Smith Real Estate Market!
