The average home list price was $156,679 with an average sales price of $142,265. That’s 93.42% of the listed price. The average days on the market for these homes were 145 days. The Median list price for homes was $119,900 with a sales price of $115,00. That’s 95.3% of the listed price with an average days on market of 116 days. Those 88 units contributed to $12,377,080 to Sebastian County.

Price Analysis during July: 63 of the 88 units sold, were sold under $150,000, 3 units between $150,000-$175,000, 6 units from $175,000-$199,999, 3 units from $200,000-$224,999, 3 unit from $225,000-$249,999, 3 units from $350,000-$399,999, 1 unit from $400,000-$449,999, 1 unit from $450,000-499,999, and 1 unit $800,000-$899,999.
