Ray Nellum is the most honest person I have ever met. He believes in what his clients wants, and it’s his job to find it. He never once tried to change my mind on the type of home or location of the house I wanted. He listens to his clients. The price range I needed limited the available properties. Ray Nellum never gave us, when most Realtors would have.

I recommend Ray Nellum to my friends and neighbors. He did open houses twice. We went to close and the buyers didn’t have their down payment funds so closing was put off. He was more patient than I could have ever imagined. I was angry and he was very kind to me…. Ray Nellum did such a great job.
