Southfield Heights in Fort Smith is a very nice subdivision in Southwest Fort Smith, Arkansas. The area is known for having had some of the best builders in the Fort Smith Real Estate Market!
I often get emails and calls wanting more information on specific areas within Fort Smith. Southfield Heights happens to be one of those areas in which I consistently get requests.
So let’s take a look at the information. The sold homes are homes that have Sold in Southfield Heights within the past 6 months. Understand, some of the New Construction homes show longer days on the market. Why? Well because they’ve been under construction and don’t show sold until completion and closed.

The Fort Smith Real Estate Market has had it’s fair share of ups and downs just like any market. Southfield Heights in Fort Smith has stayed relatively steady. It’s important to understand. ALL MARKETS ARE NOT THE SAME. There are area’s around the country and in the state that have taken a sad turn for the worse. The same can apply to different area’s of town.
The average home sold in Southfield Heights over the past 6 months is $159,966. The average sold price per square foot is $91.91 and 135 average days on the market. The average day on the market is pretty consistent for the area.
So if you are selling, be patient, price it right, and your home should sell. I did say, “Price it Right” didn’t I?

Would I DARE to go there??? Yes, I would and I will! I have received numerous calls and emails from people about their Laze Agent. Are there really lazy agents out there??? Are there some lazy agents in the Fort Smith Housing Market? Heck Yeah!
I got a call and asked the lady if she was working with a Realtor and she said yes. I told her she needed to contact her agent about more information on the home. Well, she said, “My agent told me to look and find a home and just call the agent for information.” WHAT????
